Category
Displays a drop down list box of all the menu names. Select a menu name to view its commands in the Commands box.
Commands
Displays all of the commands contained in the menu selected in the Categories box. Select a command to view its current shortcut key assignment in the Current Keys box.
Current Keys
Displays the current shortcut key assignment(s) for the command selected in the Commands box.
Press New Shortcut Key
To enter a new shortcut key, select this box, then press on the key you want to use as a shortcut key on the keyboard. If the key you press is already being used as a shortcut key in the program, "Assigned to: [a command]" will be displayed below the Press New Shortcut Key box, otherwise "Assigned to: [Unassigned]" will be displayed. Click the Assign button to add the new shortcut key to the Current Keys box. You can assign more than one shortcut key to a command.
Assign
Assigns the new shortcut key to the selected command in the Commands box. After pressing Assign, the new shortcut key will appear in the Current Keys box.
Remove
Removes the selected shortcut key in the Current Keys box.
Reset All
Restores XMLwriter's original shortcut key assignments.
Description
Displays a description of the function of the selected command in the Commands box.
